Why would you even want to solo shiro? Just bring henchies since they can use celestial skills. You can't even make any money from him anyway

ya and really all you need to do is get an assassin with wild strike or any other stance remover and your golden against shiro

Or possibly, just thought, sence you tried unsucesfully, change GoS for armour of earth, there is no real reason for it other than quicker Silver armour reload.With Earth at 16 stoneflesh should go for 19 seconds with 20% ench staff

I can solo shiro with my sin (and I use to run that mission with an SV necro and SS necro heroes). It is possible to run that mission, you just cannot have more then one player/henchman aggro him. I don't know about that build, or any possible variant of it, but I can tell you that a sin takes him down rather well
